Coping With Spirits

Ok I want to give some specific advice on what to do if you think you have a malevolent spirit human or other wise. This is partly to combat certain groups who beleive you should try to "live with" any and all spirits in your house which some times just isn't possible.
1)Don't panic: What ever happens controll your fear. Evil spirits prey upon fear and it gives them power.
2)Don't bring Ouija Boards into your house: This is a big no no you'll just attract more bad attention.
3)Keep your faith in God strong: faith will be the only thing that can keep you alive its really just that simple.
4)Have the house blessed if your religion has a form of it. If not ask God to fill the place with his love and to keep you safe.
5)Don't try just living with some thing thats beating you or doing other unpleasent things. If your scared you may have a reason to be don't just assume all spirits are lost souls seeking help even if there all human think about men like Hitler, and Ted Bundy they wouldn't be any freindlier after they die.
6)Ask for help from demonologists. A good test of wether or not a group is legit is quite simple. If they ask for more than travel expenses keep looking. On my links page you can find links to two excelent groups.
Beyond that keep your faith and remember God by what ever name you want to call him is real and he is watching out for you.
